For our engagement do I splurged some what and got a GORGEOUS dress from Get Cutie down the laines in Brighton and some lovely red shoes to match.

The proof is in the pudding

My dear Mum has been fighting for her life and trying to beat cancer for the past year, through surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and general positive thinking and faith. We got the increadble and life changing news that it's all worked, the remaining cancer they thaught was spreading has dissapeared... it's a miricle. I just wanted to do a quick little post to say thank you to everyone who has supported my family through this, and also to tell people.. however big your problems may seem, however dark and difficult the situation may be, there is always hope. Have faith in your dreams and prayers..

Girl Guides

I am a Girl Guide leader, it gives me great pleasure. I love working with the girls and I like to feel like i'm making a difference and being a positive role model for them, we do lots of fun activities and also I believe it's a fantastic way for the girls to grow together and gain confidence as strong independant young women. I am very proud to have thew chance to be an influence in thier lives. My Great Grandma was a Girl Guide, and I think it must run in my blood.

For those of you who don't know me very well, I am a proffessional singer...yay! I love being able to say that because i've worked very hard to get to this point, i'm very exited about my career and things will only get better, in 2012 I'm aiming to write more songs, record an album and perform lots more! A balanced diet is a cupcake in each hand

I love baking, and especially making cakes for people I love the most. For my Mum's birthday party I did a cute little cupcake stand full of pretty cakes! I think baking is good for the soul, and even though occasionally I do use it as a stress reliever and then eat the entire batch of goodies, It's a good incentive to give the treats away to neighbors or friends !
